Service Description
These classes will incorporate techniques from our Kickboxing and Grappling syllabuses and other aspect of MMA. They will consist of 3 main domains: Shoot Boxing (Striking and long range takedowns), Clinch Boxing (strikes and takedowns from the clinch), Cage Boxing (strikes and takedowns on the wall), Grapple Boxing (Grappling and striking techniques on the ground).
